Slippery Rock University Choirs – Holiday Choral Cheer!

Experience the Joy of the Season
with Slippery Rock University Choirs

Begin your December Holiday Celebrations with the glorious choral singing of the Slippery Rock University Concert Choir and Chamber Singers performing in the newly renovated auditorium at the Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School at 3 PM on Sunday, December 6.

In a rich and diverse mix of music of the Season, the Concert choir and Chamber Singers will bring a program of anthems, spirituals and Holiday favorites!

The choirs are directed by conductor Timothy Little Tran, a Louisiana native and also church music minister, educator, and singer/songwriter.

Timothy holds the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Choral Conducting from the University of Washington, a Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting & Literature from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Music degree with Vocal and Music Education studies from the Shenandoah Conservatory. Prior to Slippery Rock, Timothy Little Tran was Executive Director of Performing Arts and Professor of Choral Music at Notre Dame College.

ARCA is pleased to also be bringing Dr. Little Tran as a clinician to work hands-on with A-C Valley and Union choral students prior to the performance.

ARCA is grateful to the A-C Valley School Board, administrators and music teachers for welcoming ARCA and the SRU Choirs to the Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School auditorium for this inspiring holiday concert.

Bring your families and all your Littles for a joyous choral celebration of the many musical styles and traditions of the Holidays.
