The trio’s high-octane and exuberant reimagining of ABBA’s “Waterloo”, directed by Christopher M. Allport, has earned international recognition, including a Palma di Eccellenza Award and Best Pop Music Video at the Los Angeles Short Film Festival.
TAKE3’s electrifying treatment captures the infectious joy of ABBA’s classic song while giving it the trio’s own unmistakable musical personality – offering a vivid preview of the energy, musicianship and fun audiences will experience in Lincoln Hall.
Led by dazzling violinist Lindsay Deutsch, TAKE3 travels freely across musical worlds—from classical masterworks to the music of ABBA, the Beatles, Elvis, Elton John, Willie Nelson and John Williams—transforming familiar music into something fresh, surprising and spectacular.
Joining Deutsch will be French American cellist Georgia Bourderionnet and, in her first Lincoln Hall appearance, pianist Alexa Constantine.
Combining the refinement of their rigorous classical music backgrounds with rock-star charisma – these cross-over classically trained musicians will electrify and entertain with their arrangements blending pop, rock, oldies, country, and cinematic scores with classical instrumentation.
ARCA is grateful for the very generous donation of Red Brick Gallery founder and botanical artist Donna Edmonds and her husband Larry, who have sponsored the return of the TAKE3 Trio to Lincoln Hall.

TAKE3 makes it their mission to impart their love, passion and joy in music making to all who hear them, using their artistic ability as a conduit for musical storytelling.
In addition to extensive touring, the group has earned accolades for its educational outreach programs for children of all ages, delivering a message of hope, inspiration, and the importance of following dreams with vigorous tenacity – and inspiring the love of classical music via its cross-over with accessible pop music.
Remembered fondly by teachers and students at Allegheny-Clarion Valley Schools, TAKE3 WOWED and inspired the students in small elementary workshops and assembly concerts for grade K to 12 in 2023

Plan to arrive early to view the Red Brick Gallery exhibit of RBG Cooperative artist Taylor Banner with ceramicist Annalise Sonney – and to shop in the Gift Shop on the first floor with the stunning art work of 18 cooperative artists in diverse media.
An old photograph, a dried leaf, a cup held in the hand: ordinary things can carry a remarkable sense of connection. In a new exhibit at the Red Brick Gallery, Taylor Banner’s mixed media collages and Annalise Sonney’s ceramics invite visitors to consider how history and tradition live within the objects of everyday life.
Cooperative member Taylor Banner’s mixed media collage works present imagined narratives using layered imagery and materials, evoking dream-like memories and emotions.
Guest artist Annalise Sonney’s ceramics are an exploration of utilitarian objects that exist as singular vessels or can combine to mimic naturalesque landscape forms.
The Red Brick Gallery is open on Friday, October 9 from 1 to 6 PM – before the 7:30 PM concert. Other weekend hours are Saturdays 11 AM to 7 PM and Sundays noon to 5 PM.

At the center of TAKE3 is violinist and vocalist Lindsay Deutsch, whose career bridges the worlds of classical performance and mainstream entertainment.
A featured soloist with Yanni, Deutsch has toured extensively across the globe, performing in major venues on multiple continents and building an international following through both live appearances and recorded work. Her reach extends into television and film as well, with performances featured prominently in soundtracks for The Witcher and The Thing About Pam. Those recordings climbed to No. 1 on the Billboard charts, earning millions of streams and further establishing her as a versatile and influential artist.
Deutsch founded TAKE3 with the goal of challenging the notion that classical music must remain confined to traditional settings. Instead, the trio thrives in a space where artistry meets pop culture, delivering performances that feel equally at home in a concert hall or a high-energy live entertainment venue.
TAKE3’s interactive lighting shows, comedic stories of their journey from scales in conservatory practice rooms to pop music in packed stadiums, come together in unforgettable experiences that have fired up concert goers all over the nation.
TAKE3’s approach has fueled an extensive touring schedule, with the group performing at hundreds of venues and performing arts centers across the United States. Their resume includes collaborations and appearances with orchestras and at festivals including appearances with the North Charleston POPS, the Springfield and Cape Symphonies, and at major music festivals such as Festival Mozaic, the Ventura Music Festival and the Bear Valley Music Festival. Highlights of past notable performances include Music Worcester in Boston, the Lied Center in Lincoln, NE, the Laureate Series sponsored by the The Indianapolis International Violin Competition, and the Kentucky PAC.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Lindsay Deutsch, Violin
With her limitless enthusiasm and vast gifts as a performer and entertainer, American violinist, LINDSAY DEUTSCH, is a charismatic and captivating presence on today’s music scene. She has thrilled audiences world-wide with her passion for music and brilliant display of technique and musicianship.
TAKE3 was created by violinist/vocalist, Lindsay Deutsch, Yanni’s featured violin soloist, with whom she has toured throughout most of the 7 continents.
Ms. Deutsch began her career as a classical soloist, performing concerti with symphony orchestras around the country. Her performance of Astor Piazzolla’s “Four Seasons of Buenos Aires” with the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra conducted by Jeffrey Kahane, was selected for NPR’s Symphony Cast Program.
Ms. Deutsch has become an ambassador for the Violins of Hope project, performing on violins saved in the Holocaust in venues around the country, including the Soraya center in Los Angeles and with the Livermore Symphony in San Francisco. Ms. Deutsch can be heard throughout Netflix’s popular show, The Witcher and the Hulu series All About Pam.
Her performances on these Sony soundtracks reached No. 1 on the Billboard charts and received millions of streams worldwide.
Maestro Jung-Ho Pak, conductor and artistic director of the Cape Symphony Orchestra, says of Lindsay, “A conductor dreams about finding a soloist who understands the essential responsibility of helping change a large community’s view of classical music. In a time when every concert has to be unforgettable and a game changer, Lindsay can make that happen every time.”
Ms. Deutsch received her education from the Colburn Conservatory in Los Angeles, where she studied under Robert Lipsett. Lindsay Deutsch plays on an 1845 Jean-Baptiste Vuillaume violin.
Georgia Bourderionnet, Cello
French-American cellist Georgia Bourderionnet has performed across the USA and France as well as in Germany, Canada, and South Korea. She made her solo debut at fifteen with the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra and performed the first movement of Dvorak’s Cello Concerto with the orchestra two years later.
An enthusiastic performer of contemporary music, she has premiered chamber music works as a contemporary ensemble fellow of the Atlantic Music Festival and at the Eastman School of Music. Her orchestral playing led her to appear in the cello sections of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, Miami’s New World Symphony, and more.
Ms. Bourderionnet holds degrees from the Eastman School of Music (studio of David Ying) and the Manhattan School of Music (studio of Philippe Muller). She has performed in masterclasses for distinguished artists such as Yo Yo Ma, Ludwig Quandt, Jan Vogler, Peter Wiley, Kazuhide Isomura, and Daniel Phillips.
Alexa Constantine, Piano
Alexa Constantine is a Los Angeles-based collaborative pianist. After graduating from UCLA, Alexa was retained as a staff pianist, primarily working with trumpeter Jens Lindemann’s studio. Alexa also tours with Take3, a classical-crossover trio that performs all over the world.
In addition to performing, Alexa also serves on the board for the Channel Islands Chamber Orchestra of Ventura County, where she focuses on youth outreach and the young artist concerto competition.
